Return Policy

All items are made-to-order through our production partner, Printful. Because each item is created specifically for your order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than a manufacturing or fulfillment error.

1. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. Once verified, the item will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Items do not need to be returned. This is the only situation in which a replacement or refund is issued.

2. All Other Situations
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Wrong size ordered
• Wrong color ordered
• Changed mind
• Deciding you don’t like the item
• Ordering by mistake
• Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
• Items that do not fit your personal preferences

No exceptions.
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the order, and replacements or refunds will not be issued.

3. Lost Packages
If the carrier marks your package as lost or undelivered, we will submit a claim and Printful will issue a replacement one time at no cost to you. This does not apply if the customer provided an incorrect address.

4. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Orders placed with non-U.S. addresses will not be fulfilled and will be canceled.

Summary
• All sales are final.
• The only time we replace or refund something is when Printful makes a mistake or the package is lost in transit.
• Customer errors (sizes, colors, address mistakes, buyer’s remorse, etc.) are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
